We absolutely love making macarons and over the years have developed more than 60 flavours from scratch, many of which are gold award winning. We make them in small batches, always using free-range eggs and the very best of ingredients.

We are very passionate about how they are put together, eschewing cheap flavourings and essences in favour of handmade raspberry coulis, sun-dried organic vanilla, freshly ground pink peppercorns and hand-picked organic mint leaf.
